September is Recovery Month

This month is a time to celebrate the strength of people rebuilding their lives after alcohol or drug dependence, to recognise families and frontline workers, and to make sure anyone who needs help knows where to find it.

At Druglink, recovery is not a moment - it’s a pathway. Across our services we offer support at every step: medically monitored detox, residential rehabilitation, counselling, out-of-hours mental health support, safety from domestic abuse, and safe housing with tenancy sustainment. Throughout September we’ll be sharing stories, tools and ways to get involved so more people can take that next step, safely and with dignity.

If you need help now

You don’t need a referral to speak to us.

  • Call us on 01923 260 733

  • Email us at druglink@druglink.ltd.uk

  • In an emergency: Call 999. For urgent medical advice, call NHS 111.

A note on stigma

Recovery is possible - and common. People get better with the right support, safe housing, and time. Your compassion and openness this month might be the nudge someone needs to ask for help.
