Tenders and Fundraising Manager
Druglink are looking for a Tenders and Fundraising Manager to identify, apply for and secure tenders, grants and other funding opportunities. The aim of the role is to increase funding streams and to support the charity to carry out its objectives and grow opportunities for developing new and existing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching potential tenders and funding opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and cultivating relationships with donors and tender/ grant making institutions. They will raise funds from community fundraising, developing key income streams including major donors, regular giving and corporate support. The post holder will hold a strategic overview of Druglink’s tenders, and fundraising needs. There’s never been a more exciting time to join Druglink. Occupancy Manager
The Occupancy Manager plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing all aspects of Druglink’s client admissions process across our treatment and supported housing services. Working closely with referral partners, care teams and external agencies, the role ensures that every individual entering our services receives a timely, compassionate and professional experience. Leading the admissions team, the Occupancy Manager maintains high standards of accessibility, compliance and efficiency - supporting people at a crucial stage in their recovery and housing journey. This role is central to helping Druglink continue delivering safe, person-centred support that changes futures.

Trustee Treasurer
We are seeking a dedicated (volunteer) Trustee Treasurer to join our Board and play a key role in guiding Druglink’s financial strategy. As Treasurer, you will provide oversight of the charity’s finances, ensure robust financial planning, and support the Board in making informed decisions that secure the sustainability of our services. This is a rewarding opportunity to use your professional skills to make a real difference in the lives of people affected by problematic drug and alcohol use and homelessness. You will join a supportive Board of Trustees who share a commitment to our values and to changing futures in our community.
