Oxygen Routes Outreach Worker

Oxygen Routes (part of Druglink) is a brand new, commissioned outreach service, developed to help people living in Hertfordshire who have a drug or alcohol related problem and are experiencing housing problems. The Routes team support service users through one-to-one keyworking and care planning. We are looking for an Outreach Worker to join the team.

Location: Hertfordshire
Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Dependent on experience
