Druglink provide flexible training programmes to fill the requirements of your organisation, company, college or school.
Harm Minimisation
Our training programmes target services users and drug workers, ensuring continuity. Drug workers and ex service users deliver these programmes, both of whom have an excellent understanding of target audiences and their specific needs.

The purpose of the training is to empower managers, from team leaders upwards, to

Recognise an employee with a potential drug or alcohol problems.

Provide the manager with the skills that will enable them to approach/challenge an employee on these issues, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
It is hoped that this training in early prevention will enable staff to remain in post and continue to be a valuable asset to any business. The training can be developed to suit the requirements of a particular organisation.
